Before you purchase your "Custom Water Mark Upgrade" make sure you meet the following minimum requirements! Custom Water Mark upgrade can not be combined with any other availiable design upgrades. All Upgrades are non-refundable, failure to meet the following requirements means that you will not have the Upgrade included in your chart and will be defaulted to a Silver Background. 1. You must have legal rights on the image you wish to use. (example, we cannot use an Image with a copyright owned by Disney Corporation that you found on-line 2. At least one of the Following Original Image or Photograph, Scanner and Knowledge of how to use your scanner. Photographer who is willing and has the ability to send us your photograph directly in a digital Format via E-mail. Original Image or Photograph that you are willing to send via mail to arrive in Raliegh North Carolina before you submit your seating chart information. 3. Digital images must be at least 500 x 750 (1000 X 1500 or higher recommended) pixels in JPG format and no larger than 5 MB. 4. Mailed Originals must be at least 4 x 6 inches.
